Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering management, particularly in R&D roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, including prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and product development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
