Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Injection Moulding Setter to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will:
- Install and secure moulds in injection moulding machines
- Set machine parameters for optimum production efficiency
- Perform trial runs and inspect parts for dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and document process improvements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Support production goals through teamwork and adaptability

Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mould setup procedures and process optimization
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Desirable:
- Familiarity with overhead cranes or forklifts
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S principles
