Role Overview

The Revenue Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that empower our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. This role involves aligning sales processes, tools, and training with business objectives to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to define and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
• Enablement Tools & Resources: Develop and manage a suite of sales enablement tools, including training materials, playbooks, and CRM systems, to support the sales team’s success.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to customer engagement.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role within the manufacturing or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
